FAQs

Here you will find frequently asked questions and answers.

Is this product legal?

Our product is below the THC limit (the psychoactive substance) set by Law No. 242 of 2 December 2016 and is therefore completely legal.

What is "The legal Cannabis"?

"The legal Cannabis" refers to the flower of industrial hemp, whose psychoactive substance THC is below the legally prescribed threshold.

What kind of product is this?

You receive whole dried hemp flowers (buds) without seeds. These are typically used as biomass for room fragrances, as biomass for technical use or in a wide variety of other forms.  The advantage of these buds: the psychoactive substance THC is within the legal limit, while the CBD content is all the higher!

What is a bud?

"Bud" is another name for the hemp flower. The term comes from the English-speaking world and is widely used there.

Does the product contain whole hemp flowers / buds?

Only whole hemp flowers are offered. Whole hemp flowers have the advantage that they do not lose their flavour notes, because once a flower is broken up, it gradually loses its flavour. That is why it is very important to us to keep the raw material as unaltered as possible, in order to preserve all the flavour notes.

Are the buds fresh cuttings or dried flowers?

The flowers are already optimally dried on our side. We use a special drying technique to refine the flowers as gently as possible. This process is very important to us, because this production step secures the quality of the flavour notes. The curing refines the flavour notes of each individual hemp flower.

Where can I buy the buds?

You can buy Sea of Green hemp flowers directly in our own shop or from authorised resellers. The resellers are listed on a separate page.

What is CBD?

CBD is a substance containing cannabidiol (abbreviated CBD). This component is a product of the hemp plant, but it has no mind-altering or addictive effect and causes no hallucinations. CBD has health-promoting properties that help to counteract certain physical and mental complaints.

Is CBD addictive?

Current medicine has confirmed that CBD is not addictive.

Is CBD detectable in urine or blood?
